A New Chapter of Life

Today is my last day of work. Nothing much to do..actually, I have nothing to do. Just surfing the Internet-Friendster as usual. In friendster, I noticed that many of my friends got married and some of them got pregnant, some..counting days for their little one and some..already have baby. At my age, it's a normal thing to happen but yet I'm still single and of course have been engaged to someone :)

Lately, I am happy sometimes jealous to see my friends having babies while I'm not even married yet! hahah...but I know my turn will come soon..hopefully...

I have things to do..so, till then..

Frog Motivation

Just sharing something I found interesting...sharing is caring.. :)


Once upon a time there was a bunch of tiny frogs .... who arranged a running competition.

The goal was to reach the top of a very high tower.

A big crowd had gathered around the tower to see the race and cheer on the contestants....

The race began....

Honestly:

No one in crowd really believed that the tiny frogs would reach the top of the tower.

You heard statements such as:

"Oh, WAY too difficult!!"

"They will NEVER make it to the top."

or:

"Not a chance that they will succeed. The tower is too high!"




The tiny frogs began collapsing. One by one....

Except for those, who in a fresh tempo, were climbing higher and higher....

The crowd continued to yell, "It is too difficult!!! No one will make it!"

More tiny frogs got tired and gave up....

But ONE continued higher and higher and higher....

This one wouldn't give up!






At the end everyone else had given up climbing the tower. Except for the one tiny frog who, after a big effort, was the only one who reached the top!

THEN all of the other tiny frogs naturally wanted to know how this one frog managed to do it?




A contestant asked the tiny frog how he had found the strength to succeed and reach the goal?

It turned out....

That the winner was DEAF!!!!






The wisdom of this story is:

Never listen to other people's tendencies to be

negative or pessimistic.... because they take your most wonderful dreams and wishes away from you -- the ones you have in your heart!

Always think of the power words have.

Because everything you hear and read will affect your actions!

Therefore:

ALWAYS be....

POSITIVE!

And above all:

Be DEAF when people tell YOU that you cannot fulfill your dreams!

Always think:

I can do this! What is IMPOSSIBLE Change to "POSSIBLE"!

In two days tomorrow will be yesterday. Today is no special day and I have no particular reason for writing to you... I have no news to tell you.... nor any problems to discuss with you.... or gossip to tell you... It's only one of those happy moments ... when I thought of you... and I would like to share these thoughts with you...

After 2 months 'hibernating'

I want to say Helloooo to my blog..huhu..2 months I didn't post any entries here..2 months of hibernation. Actually, I did want to update my blog 2 days ago..only today, after many times of trial..at last!!!I'm successfully logged!!alhamdulillah!!!I nearly give up and planning to set up a new account.

Since aizyana asked me to update my blog...so I'm here now updating..

Actually, last week I was busy marking students' final paper. I taught 2 subject- computer hardware (1 class) and digital system (2 classes). Total of my students for those 3 classes is 114. Just imagine..114 students..pening2..I found something which I can say a little bit funny while marking the papers especially digital system..one of my student wrote a note on her/his answer sheet..it sounds something like this "tolongla saya cik..kena ingat sume nak jawab soalan..tlong saya cik". It may sound pity of him/her..but for me it was funny. Sape suruh xstudy..kan?hehe...but i'm not sure either the student pass or fail.

After finished key-in their mark at Unit Exam, their result is goes like this:

• computer hardware : 1 failed
• digital system : 8 failed
  

I only concern on how many of my student are failed. Roughly, most of my student got A and A- for computer hardware but B-,B and B+ for digital system.

Tomorrow will be my last day working for this semester. Can't wait to go back to Sg Buloh for 1 weeks ++ semester break. I'll back for work on 4 Jan 2009. No more cuti-cuti'ing' next year. Only 30 days a year provided for government servant..Yeahhh....symp (Saya yang menurut perintah)...

There are many things I have to settle gradually during the holiday...since next year no cuti-cuti semester. So I have
